CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine is a variant of alanine that serves as a carnosyn precursor. What this compound does is serve as lactic acid buffer buildup.
Combined with the other ingredients in Assault, you won’t tire as quickly and also develop lean muscle mass. Studies also show that it’s got some anti aging benefits so that’s another bonus.
Taurine 1g
This is an amino sulfonic acid that keeps your blood and heart healthy. Taurine also provides a boost for fat oxidation when you exercise.

Flavors
Muscle Pharm Assault comes in the following flavors: blue raspberry, watermelon, strawberry ice, green apple and fruit punch.
Mixing and Taste
For this review I tried blue raspberry and I like the taste. The flavor does taste like raspberry but not too sweet.
Of course reviewers have different opinions (you may find watermelon or the other flavors to your liking) so you need to try the ones you think you’ll like the most.
Mixing is straightforward. It should not take more than 10 seconds on your blender and it does not leave any clumps behind.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop of Assault with 8 oz of water. Drink half an hour before starting your workouts.
You can mix one scoop with up to 12 oz of water, and you can take it 20 minutes rather than 30 minutes before workouts if you like.
Are There Any Side Effects?
MP Assault does not have any side effects. However if you’re taking medications for serious diseases, consult your doctor first.
Take Assault as directed and do not consume more than the recommended serving.
How Does MP Assault Work?
MP Assault Works by boosting your physical and mental focus. It doesn’t have any patented blends so you don’t have to worry about any side effects getting in your body.
Basically what happens is when you take Assault, the ingredients make their way into your body.
The time it takes to produce the effects is around 20 to 30 minutes, which is why it’s the suggested time to take them before working out.
So what does this mean for you? Quite simply that you’re going to get a lot more energy. One of the ingredients, creatine monohydrate, provides replenishment to fuel your muscles.
This refueling and re-energizing is what gives you extra endurance, allowing you to do more workouts and generally be more active. MP Assault also removes excessive water in your cells to keep your muscles full, nourished and hydrated.
What are the Benefits of MP Assault?
Beta anhydrous and Beta alanine are two of the most important ingredients alongside creatine monohydrate.
Beta anhydrous improves protein synthesis, enhancing protein synthesis so your body repairs muscle tissues faster.
Assault also delays the onset of fatigue so you can do more workouts and still be active throughout the day.
Not only does Assault delay fatigue, but it also keeps muscles from degrading.
As Assault increases your body’s creatine supply, glucose is added to your muscles so you can do more without tiring.
- Performance Evaluation
It is safe to say that Assault does very well in the performance department. Fitness buffs should take notice of the 3 g of creatine, which is more than what others offer.
Anyone who’s done workouts before know how crucial creatine is for building muscles, so the 3 g is a plus.
The inclusion of betaine and beta alanine also improve performance. I also have to say the ingredients’ composition works well.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Caffeine Anhydrous both contribute to focus and energy while L Glycine and taurine serve as muscle fuel. Do your muscles tire out after just a few minutes?
These ingredients will help.
As a pre workout supplement Muscle Pharm Assault does a better job than most when it comes to boosting performance.
The combination of Betaine Anhydrous, CarnoSyn Beta Alanine and creatine monohydrate provide that extra boost so you’ll be able to keep going.
- Energy Boost
MP Assault promises to give you an energy boost and that is exactly what you get.
The energy boost is most obvious when you work out.
Do you feel tired and run out of steam when you’re not even halfway done?
That is where MP Assault will be able to help you as it gives you extra energy.
