I’m interested… Very interested.. I’m 42 y/O. I squat 475×5 full depth, dead 500×5 conventional and bench 315×8… I’m not weak… I have 15% BF at 215lbs… I want to gain Size… A LOT of size… I’m strong enough… And fit enough, just not cut enough or big enough… Ideas?
