Adult Detoxification Center (Detox)
Detox is a 25-bed facility, under the direction of a physician and serves adults who are undergoing withdrawal from alcohol and/or drugs. The center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is the only detoxification facility in Lee, Glades, and Hendry counties. Duration of care ranges from 3 to 21 days, depending upon the severity of the withdrawal.

Transitional Living Center (TLC)
The Transitional Living Center provides continuing substance abuse treatment, life skills classes, vocational and educational programs. There are also 12 Step support meetings available on the TLC campus. This is an adult residential facility.

Adult Outpatient
Outpatient Services and the Prevention Department are all located here. The staff provides individual and/or group therapy for those impacted by substance abuse. Groups are scheduled throughout the day and evening to help individuals deal with the impact of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.

Youth Outpatient
The Cape Coral location is currently the center for youth assessment and outpatient services. The United Way House is also located here with numerous services, Including CCMI.

Vince Smith Center (VSC)
The Vince Smith Center offers treatment for teens ages 13 to 17 with drug and/or alcohol abuse issues. Classroom instruction is offered on premises, as well as off site vocational education, through cooperative arrangement with the Lee County School District. Teens with high school diplomas/GEDs are provided an opportunity for vocational training or work.
Adjacent to the Vince Smith Center is the Challenge Ropes Course , a maze of cables, utility poles, ropes and pulleys. This is available for use by corporate managers, law enforcement personnel and nonprofit groups to teach team-building, trust and problem-solving. The Challenge Ropes Course is offered to outside groups for a modest fee.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program is designed to help both local businesses and employees, identify and solve problems, that impact job performance and productivity.
The EAP can serve as the employer’s expert on human dynamics in the workplace.

Our Evans Avenue office serves as our Administration Headquarters.
Human Resources, Fiscal, Continuous Quality Improvement, Safety, Operations, and Information Technology are all located here. These offices provide Southwest Florida Addiction Services (SWFAS) a central administrative location for all SWFAS operations.
