An EAP counselor will meet with you to identify and assess the problem, review the available resources and then determine steps to solve the problem. We will provide short term counseling to assist you in resolving your problems, or make a referral to the appropriate resource.

Confidentiality is key at your EAP. We meet, and exceed, HIPAA requirements for patient record confidentiality. Nothing you say in a room to a counselor will be repeated to the workplace. Only with informed, written consent will any information be shared.
We are held to the same standards as all counselors in Florida regarding reporting abuse and maintaining client confidentiality.
